Its been a really busy days since school started and my group is about done with the brochure. Hopefully tomorrow we can finish everything up and test print...

My second has finally found me a website that makes websites! Haha, so last night I was making my online portfolio :) randomphototaking.weebly.com You can go check it out, but its not really finished yet, I'll be needing a new profile picture. I'm quite happy that I'm finally getting down to this but now all I need is a gig! Haha, my friend asked me last week but I was working! So I'm gonna sit tight and wait patiently.

This Friday is Labour Day but the sad thing is, I'll be working the whole day! My boss said she needed extra hands to help move things around the shop. Remodelling I think.. Oh its gonna be a tiring day. Oh, but the good thing about this week is my class has a new classroom! New, fast computers and super cold air conditioning! I'm really looking forward to tomorrow to start using the computer... And I like where I'm sitting too! I'm facing the wall though, but at least our classroom is near the toilet and vending machines! Haha. That's a really good thing :P

The weather's been crazy lately and its making me sprout out ugly pimples! I hope it goes away soon! Its really really ugly!!! :( Haha...

I went back to SAC yesterday and man was it a great and nostalgic feeling to be back! My juniours invited me back for their farewell as they'll be off studying their asses off for 'O's! Haha... It was quite enjoyable and I had a really good talk with my instructor. Well, I don't really have to call him instructor anymore now do I? Haha... We just talked about school, work and of course the most important, why I left HeartBeat! Haha... I really miss that school, but not to the point of going back and doing it all over again! Haha, all those fun memories and how different I was during that time. And they all said I lost weight! OH! I'm so happy!! Haha... I thought I gained or something..

Well Monday we'll be starting school again! But I just hope that we won't start projects right away on our first day... It'll kinda suck if it did.. Haha... I'm quite excited though, but I'll really miss Sonny and Marilyn. Of course I don't doubt Idris and Sok Na... I'm actually looking forward to this coming Wednesday too! There should be lots of fun and excitement that day.. HAHA! I hope...

Anyway I was thinking of changing my blogskin again. I've been using this for God knows how long already! Haha, oh and if my PB juniors are reading this, I'll post your farewell photos soon all right?

All right, Gary emailed some of you guys about the freshies thing already, but for those who didn't receive the email I'll say the details now.

The event will be held on the 22nd, which is next Wednesday from 9am to 1pm. I think, if I'm not wrong, the people who went for the BE camp, will be the main facilitators, followed by assistants who are those who didn't go for the camp. So basically there'll be games and one of which will be a treasure hunt. Its actually for the whole class, but I can understand if some of you may not want to come. For those who want to come, I guess you can just meet us there or something... Anyway, I think Gary should be giving a briefing when school starts.

On a less school related note, I FINALLY GOT MY FLASH! Oh man, I really can't wait to try it out. I tried it out at home yesterday and wow... Did it make my pictures look so much better! Haha. I'll actually be starting free-lancing soon and I'll be charging $15/hr. There may be exeptions, but we'll just have to see. Haha..

Well holidays are ending soon, (thank God) and its back to school with us! Next week the freshmen are coming in. I just love calling them freshmen! Haha, it has a nice ring to it :P Anyway, Sonny called me just now. So basically we're gonna have a get-together with the freshies at Fort Canning Park and the main organizer will be Gary. He'll be thinking of games for us to play together. There are a few facilitators actually, but the only names I can remember is myself, Benji and Khalis. I'll let you guys know again when I re-confrm the names. The day for the activities isn't confirmed yet because Sonny hasn't sppoken to Marilyn about her free days so that'll be confirmed too. So anyway, whoever's interested please let me know.

Oh, and I have another exciting news! Well, maybe just for me but yeah... Anyways, I'll be getting my flash over the weekend! Man I'm so excited to try it out! And just in time for Nasuha's photoshoot too! It'll totally be so awesome! Haha, okay okay sorry about the bimbo talk... I already told my dad about the Beijing trip with Benji and his parents in December but unfortunately I can't go, so the flash is the back-up plan...

And have I mentioned I'm so totally addicted to Guitar Hero now? Haha, Gaga and I booked a room for about an houre just to plau Guitar Hero. But the bad thing was that the capsule kept on failing on us so we got a refund :) Lucky eh?

So far my weekend has been good, however my addiction came back and smacked me in the face again. I think I need therapy! Anyways, I don't really have much to do this week. So far the only thing that I have confirmed is dinner tomorrow with Benji's parents and his aunt. Haha! Stress eh? So far I'm not freaking out yet... Hopefully this week I'll be able to meet up with Ness and Lianna to watch Confessions of a Shopoholic! Man, it sounds like me! I'm a shopoholic too and I seriously need to do something about it!....

Got back from the chalet today. It was really fun and thank you whoever for coming to make it possible! And a really huge thank you to Gaga for cooking and well, basically everything!

I've been practicing my guitar hero skills too! Haha, Gaga brought the Wii console to the chalet so we've been playing it till four in the morning! Haha, its really fun and I managed to complete the hard stage for Muse's Knights of Cydonia! I'm so proud of myself! Haha, I shall be going over to Gaga's place very soon to play with his soon-to-be Rock Band!

Next week will be the freshmen's first few days of school! Sonny's asking whoever is interested to come and help out! I'm not sure about the details yet, but those interested just let me know! Sonny'll ask us to tell them our experiences of our first year. Man, I can't believe we're second years already! Time seriously flies really fast. Soon, before we know it we'll all be graduating! Then after that, our futures will be waiting for us! I know it sounds corny, but its true! But for the guys going NS, don't worry! Haha, it'll pass by fast! Yeah right! I don't think you'll actually be believing a girl about NS.. Oh well! Its worth a shot right?

Tomorrow Nicole and Vanessa are having a dance concert at TP, and I can't wait to watch them! Haven't been seeing them regularly, so I'm excited! I'll try to get some nice shots of you guys! Don't worry! Haha...

Today was fun. Benji, Gaga and I met up with Sonny to discuss some stuff about the chalet. Haven't seen him in ages man! Talked about the usual stuff and listened to his lame jokes. Haha. It was really fun...

After that we made our way to Vivo to catch a movie. Gaga had to leave so Benji and I watched Coming Soon. Its like the first horror movie in a long time that I actually watched the majority of it with my eyes open! Haha, but there were some really annoying girls sitting beside us, screaming and whimpering all the way. I didn't scream or grab Benji's arm okay? Give me some credit for not screaming please. Haha...

Tomorrow me and four others are checking into the chalet. I'm already all packed and ready to go! I'm sure its gonna be a lot of fun :) Don't really know what's planned during the day, but we're just gonna wing it!

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't posted in a while, but I got a little lazy at home.. Haha. Well I got back from my LTC camp already and I actually have to admit that it was actually kinda fun! Trekked up the jungle with at 12kg pack, climbed up a waterfall, slept on a hammock, peed in the jungle... And that was only the first day! Haha... The second day was a little more relaxing. My group played some teamwork games and stuff. The food there is really good too! And man oh man, the milo packet there was so much better than the ones we have here! Nice and sweet :)

But all in all, it was a fun experience(even though I was really reluctant to go).

I went to Sentosa with Cassie yesterday. I missed her so much! I haven't seen each other in ages! Yesterday was a really good day for me. Fell asleep under the sun with good music and good company. Cassie got hit in the head with a ball though, but that was the only set back... Haha, we left about three-ish and I met Benji at town for a walk. Was planning to watch Coming Soon, but he changed his mind(THANK GOD!). I was really scared of the trailer and the storyline man!

I have nothing much planned for the weekend, except for Sunday. I'm going Haji Lane with Benji to find me a nice and relatively cheap vintage bag! Haha, hopefully I can find a really nice one. We managed to look around and get some other choices, so after Sunday I'll make my decision :0 Oh, Saturday is Fikri's birthday too! Hope he has fun, he's finally turning 18!

Well, so far the week's been all right... Started off a little shaky because SOMEBODY did something stupid and paid the price. But I don't wanna talk about it anyway. Haha...

We got our results today! I got 3.926 for my GPA! Man, I was so surprised that I actually got this high! I wasn't even expecting it. My mum said she'll get me a nice present! Haha... For those who weren't really happy with theirs', don't worry about it. The good thing is that we're all going up to year 2 and once the year starts, we can begin working hard again!

I'm having a camp coming up this Sunday till Tuesday. Really not looking forward to it actually, but once I saw the itinerary, the only thing I was actually looking forward to was sleeping in the jungle on hammocks. Other than that, ITS GONNA WASTE MY TIME. But three days will pass by real quick so that's what I just keep telling myself. Hopefully I'll enjoy myself there somehow... At least after that I'll have the class chalet to look forward to!

This might seem a little paranoid and I know its only a few more hours, but... OH I MISS BENJI SO SO SO SO SO SO MUCH!!!!! I really can't wait till Benji comes back. He said he got presents for my family too! I hope he got something nice for me as well :) And obviouisly, I'll be seeing him tomorrow for some tips on my trial test...

I'm at work now, doing the full shift along with my colleague... I tried to study for my FTT but my mind is elsewhere, so I turn to The Time Traveller's Wife. Its the second time I'm actually reading this book. I can't help it, its just too nice! I got a little bored after a while, ergo this post...

I met up with Fikri yesterday for a meeting with the people from the Esplanade. Had a little tour around the concert hall and had a talk with the "big guy" about how everything goes around the Esplanade. It was quite interesting actually, thank God it wasn't too long. Had a little snack after that at Burger King and bitched till about 6...

My holidays has been quite fun so far, and I really wanna go back for the Jason Mraz concert! I keep on listening to his songs now. I'm addicted! He really has a nice voice and his lyrics are magical! :) I'm still not really looking forward to my leadership camp on the 22th along with Fikri and Gary... I'm just not gonna think about it till the day before when I have to pack. Anyways, three days will pass by quickly and after that I have the chalet to look forward to! Well, its been a great week for me. Watched 2 movies and another one coming up later on in the evening. I managed to catch Slumdog Millionaire on Thursday with Benji :) Man, it was a really good movie! Kinda long, but good! Haha, we were laughing like crazy at the beginning but it had a great ending. Haha, go and catch it if you guys haven't managed to.

Oh, by the way, THE JASON MRAZ CONCERT WAS F*****G AWESOME! Man, I wanna go watch it again! It was really great!! I really think that Jason Mraz is the BEST ARTIST EVER!! Haha, his live songs are better that the ones he records in the CD. Benji and I had a great time! If I had tok sum up the whole concert in one word, it will be"PHENOMENAL". Haha... Sorry, a lot of caps there.. Haha... After that I went to Geylang with my sisters and their friends to have some beef kuay tiaw supper(sorry, not too sure how to spell "tiaw"). It was raining pretty heavily and my lovely sunshine shoes got wet and dirty! Haha...

Yesterday I went over to Benji's place to keep him company till he flew off to Beijing. I miss him already!! Haha, we just had lunch at Bukit Panjang Plaza, watched some tv, had some snacks and watched his parents pack their luggages. His parents are really funny man. Haha, I've never seen parents like his before!

Oh I really miss him now. Its not gonna be another 4-5 days till I see him again. Haha, I know its short, but it seems long to me! But i jsut keep telling myself that it'll pass by really quickly... Makes me feel a little better.

I went out with Vanessa and Erlianna today and we watched the totally most awesome chick flick EVER! Haha, we managed to catch He's Just Not that into You :) It was a really good movie!! Those who haven't watched it yet GO CATCH IT NOW! Haha... Man, I really had a great time today. Its been a long time since I acted like a "girl"... I almost forgot how! Haha, its kinda hard to explain, but yeah...

Well, its the last day of February and I've been in the holiday mood for what it feels like a month already. But the weather's been real crazy nowadays eh? Haha, well, my holidays are a little messed up right now with all this SPOT things coming. I've just been chanting to myself that it'll all pay of, so I'm hoping that the message will be implanted in my head by the time March starts...

Fikri and I actually have a job opportunity at the Esplanade for our SPOT Arts and Renaissance elective! Haha, hopefully I manage to get this job. It sounds really fun though. They're gonna let us work the customer service and ushering and stuff, but unfortunately, WE'RE NOT GONNA BE PAID!! Well, I guess sometimes experiences are not necessarily paid for...

I'm really looking forward to the Jason Mraz concert coming up next Thursday and I haven't fouond a nice outfil to wear to the concert yet!! Damn... Haha, Benji's also gonna fly off to Beijing for a holiday and I'm really gonna miss him!! Hope he gets me something nice :P (I'm such a bad person.. Haha)

I miss Sonny and Marilyn though... They've been a really great pair of lecturers and they never fail to make us laugh. Gaga, Benji and I met up the other day to discuss about the chalet. We're not really set yet, but mostly just waiting to be confirmed :) I can't wait!

I'll be meeting my long lost friends during the holidays as well. Haha, Vanessa, Erlianna, Daphne and friends. Haha... Too many names already... Its been forever since I last saw them and man! I had a great weekend! Yesterday i managed to sell many things at the shop and I made a lovely commision :) Met up with my parents and my second after that and we went to Vivo City to do our groceries. As for dinner, we made our way to Newton and ordered 8 plates of food! Man it was really filling! Today I went shopping along with my mum and my first. We got some stuff and I can't wait to wear them out! Haha...

We're having ourour holidays now and we've officially graduated from Year 1 in DLA :) This past year has been really fun for all of us and our lecturers have been great as well. I can't believe this year just past so fast! I'm excited about the freshmen coming in in April and I can't wait to start Year 2!

The class chalet is coming up and so is my SPOT camp in Indonesia. Not really keen on going, but hey, you never know it might actually be fun going, right? Hopefully during the holidays I can sell lots of stuff at the shop too! Haha

Happy Valentine's Day! Man I had a great day today. It was the debut of my Zara cocktail dress and it was a success! Managed to steal some glances along the way... Haha... Even though work was a little boring; no sales... I guess everyone's out celebrating rather than walking around Amoy Street. But things brightened up when Benji fetched me from the shop...

We walked till HMV and I bought the Taylor Swift CD :) Haha, new music for me! Haha... After that we started getting hungry, so we made our way to City Hall to find some good grub... I brought him to Durty Nelly's Irish Pub :) Man was the food scrumptious! Was so full till my dress was tight! Haha, can't believe it eh?

Spent the rest of the night walking around City Hall, letting our legs lead the way till we got tired and sat down at the Esplanade..

It was the perfect Valentine's Day, simple yet great... I wish all days could be like this(without all the people of course).

Presentation week is over(FINALLY), and we're at our last few weeks of being year one! All we have to do now is compile all our works from day one till now, finish our tests and we're done! Man, can you believe that we're already in the next stage? Time flies really fast...

Today ended great too. Benji and I, Gaga and Afiqah just sat near West Mall and talked for 2 hours! Haha, I really have fun during this times. Just sit around and talk about stuff for hours, and its been a while since we've done it too.

Next week we'll be having our final semester's tests and tomorrow will be the third time I'll be taking my BTT! OH GOD!! Please let me pass this time! If I have to retake it again, I don't know what I'll do! Haha...

Well its been a long couple of days and presentation is on Monday and as usual, I'm not prepared.

Have you woken up to a day where you felt it was gonna be one of those days where nothing could go wrong? You start of the morning on the right side of the bed, have some breakfast, get dressed and you go off to start your day. Morning class ends early so that makes the day a little better, after that you have a nice full lunch and sit down to let it digest. You think that nothing can ruin your mood today.

Just then you receive a phone call and everything starts crashing down. The smile that you've had all morning disappears suddenly and your voice starts to shake. You start to wonder how can any of this be happening to you? You think you don't deserve this sort of punishment. But then it still carries on.

Your loved one beside you is helpless and unsure. All he/she can do is just offer condolences and their presence, cursing him/herself for not doing anything better and trying their very best to make you smile again.

You cry for a while, but you think that you can never show any sign of weakness so you brush your feelings aside and carry on with the day's work. Your loved one watches helplessly, wondering what he/she can do to make you feel better, but nothing works. You say "Don't worry", but the he/she says, "How can I not?"

These are the sort of days that should be remembered, kept close to your heart. Never forget the moments that happened before and never regret your actions that you have done. If you neglect to follow these two statements, then you'll live the rest of your life wondering what would happen if you acted differently?

Today I celebrated a little Chinese New Year, which is a new thing for me as you may imagine. Haha, I was invited over to Benji's house and I ate some Chinese New Year tidbits and did some Chinese New Year traditions.

I guess its like Christmas visiting which I've never done before either. Haha, its quite nice to see relatives once in a while, gather round a table and having a nice dinner, catching up on everyday lives. I may understand why some people find it a drag to actually travel around to see their relatives, but its something that I don't really do that often.

So treasure these moments when you see your cousins and grandparents and such. For a person like me, I don't have the privilege to see them once a year or a few times in a year. But I'm not really complaining... At least there'll be less food to cook, eh? Haha...

Its back to school tomorrow, and I'm finishing with all the drawings (hopefully they're all right). After that, I can start on the boards. Everyone's on "own time own target" now... I think I like it better this way, at least we're not too stressed to finish everything so quickly. And I haven't gone back to work in three weeks! Man, I feel so bad. I keep on telling my boss that I can't come in because of last minute school stuff *sigh* OH WELL! What's a gal to do?

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been updating. I've been real busy this week! Benji, Cassie, Iffa, Fikri and I went over to Aljunied for the model making workshop. Benji and I managed to finish up ours, but we don't have our palms yet. Man, it was a really tiring week man. Especially during the second and third day. All of us only had like 2 hours of sleep for the whole two days and worked the rest of the 60 hours! Haha.. Amazing we actually managed to survive through it, but it was an unforgettable experience, I would have to say... So for the upcoming groups, the only thing that I'll say is don't get him in a bad mood then you'll be fine! Trust me, Benji and I had it bad man... Got our money thrown back at us and got yelled at... Man, it was crazy .. Haha, and don't stress up too much, or you'll be more tired. Haha...

Tomorrow the 6 of us will be back in school, which we missed for a whole week! Haha, tomorrow we're gonna start on the rest of our drawings and catch up with the rest. Thank God there's no more sections to do!

My trial test for my BTT is coming up on the 30th, so I'll have to start studying again! Third time's the charm! I seriously have to pass this time! I can't afford to waste anymore time! I don't want the school to move all the way to Woodlands! Haha, PLEASE let me pass this time! Haha...

And guess who I bumped into today.. Erin Goh! Man, I haven't seen her in years! She has the same name as me and studying the same thing! Haha, its freaky man. Seriously. But its nice to see a long lost friend :) Especially one who has the same name!

Happy New Year everyone! Sorry I haven't been blogging for a while . I hope everyone has enjoyed their new year's party and stuff. Haha...

Its the start of a new year and I'm gonna start it off fresh! I'm not gonna drag any problems and bad memories ino this year. Its all about making new memories and enjoying life to the fullest! Man, I'm gonna be 19 soon! Haha, I just got used to be 18 and in 9 months, I'll be a year older!

I spent my new year's eve at home, watching the Pirates marathon on Star Movies. Watched the fireworks on TV while Benji was getting booze splashed all over him at Holland Village. Haha, lucky I was home or else I would have smelt like beer! Haha, that wouldn't be very nice and comfortable now would it? Haha

So far, I think I'm on track with my project. Managed to complete my layout except for the trees and other planting specifics. Haha, haven't really thought of the materials plan though. I have a small idea, but just for some of the areas. Hopefully I won't get too stressed or anything, and I'm trying to fulfill my New Year's resolution.

Tmorrow I will be staying at home. It has been a while since I stayed at home and lazed around the house and bla bla bla bla... Haha...

Oh man, I can't wait till tonight! My family and I are gonna open all the nice presents!! Haha, I'm so excited!

We celebrated our half-year anniversary yesterday with a lunch buffet at Sakae Sushi! Man, we were super full after! Ate close to 20 plates of sushi from the belt. Haha, we wanted to watch a movie yesterday, but the timing was too late so instead we went to Ikea! I had to get my drawer for my table. I realize I have a lot of stuff! Haha... We opened each other's presents also. Benji got me a nice bag! Haha, it has stars all over and little compartments inside :) Thank you Benji! I really like it! Haha...

Tonight I'll be having a big family dinner and I can finally take the family photo with Kam and my new tripod! Haha... The only thing I have to get next is a flash. But, not so soon :) From now onwards, I'm gonna be eating a whole bunch of food! Haha...

I watched Twilight with my secondary school friends last night. Man! The movie was GREAT! Oh gosh! Haha, they like took a whole bunch of gorgeous people and put them all in the same movie! I loved the part when Carlisle came in and OOOHH!! He was so gorgeous! Sorry Benji, but AAHH!! Oh, if anyone watched Never Back Down, the blonde guy (I forget his name) was in Twilight and he played James. He gained some body mass! He looks so much better now. Haha... You guys should catch this movie. Its a MUST WATCH! Haha...

But there were some bad points that I didn't like about it though. The progression of the whole thing was too jumpy. Yes, I realized they couldn't out every single detail in the movie, but the flow wasn't very smooth. Haha, or maybe its just me and the directors had very little budget and they didn't want to change anything from the book. Haha...

Today I'm working full shift at the shop, and I hope that people come in and buy stuff or else I'll be bored to death! My ulcer's getting better though, thanks to Benji who keeps stuffing salt on it. Haha, man, he really shoved it into my mouth man! Pushed on the ulcer too! I couldn't feel my legs after that! Haha.... But at least I can eat now!

Oh next week is Christmas! I REALLY can't wait to open all my presents! WOOHOO!! I love this time of the year. Has everyone thought of a New Year's Resolution already? If not, better think of one! Haha.. Its a new year and a fresh start! Let's do it right!

Its been a sad past few days. I have two really excruciating ulcers ar the back of my mouth where the molars are, and I can't open my mouth, can't talk properly, can't even eat!!!! I've just been literaly filling my tummy with water these past few days. It started like the day before me concert, all the way till now! :( You have no idea how sad I am to not EAT! :( Benji helped me put salt on it already, but I think I gotta put another round tonight. Oh PLEASE!!! Let it go away! Next week is like GOOD FOOD WEEK! My half-year anniversary, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, parent's anniversary and New Year's Eve!! Oh man, all that food! Haha...

Work has been all right too. People have been coming in and getting presents and such so that's more commission for me! Haha... At least I'll have something to do as well.

Has anyone done any school work? Like re-doing their boards and layouts and such? No? Phew! Haha, I was supposed to do some work but apparently nothing. I also have to clean up my room! Its a whole mess!

The concert is over! I can't believe it! For those who came to watch, thank you for coming to support! I hope you enjoyed he concert! Haha... I actually made like a million mistakes, but I hope it wasn't obvious! Thankfully my dress didn't tear or anything too. Haha, I'll post some pictures up of Flickr soon. By the time everything was finished, packing, un-packing bla bla bla, I reached home about 12.30am. Took me a really long time to wash all the hairspray and make-up off me! Now my left eyelid is a little swollen because of the make-up... Haha... But all in all, I really had fun! Haven't had a big performance like this in a really long time.

I'm at work now actually, and I just made lots of sales! Haha, a couple bought quite a few things and another guy came in too and bought an ivory-made magnifying glass! Haha.. Yay! I have commission today! Haha...

After this whole week of intensive practicing and coming home late, I think I'm getting sick! Haven't had a proper rest yet. SO! My plan for tomorrow is to SLEEP ALL DAY! Haha... Hopefully la :) Oh, Benji's going Batam tomorrow too so, have fun!! Haha, behave over there!! Don't disturb the locals and get them pissed off! Haha...

Can you belieive we completed the 10km marathon?! It was totally awesome! I couldn't feel my lega st the half mark, but what the heck! Haha

We started off at the bridge at Fullerton, down to Shenton Way, then a turn into Marina Boulevard then to the Benjamin Shears bridge(which was the worse and most tiring part!) then sown to Suntec, past the F1 pit stop, back to Esplanade and end and St. Andrew's Cathedral!

I lost my first somewhere at Shenton Way, and shortly after, my second went ahead. Haha, I managed to catch up with them at the pit stop though. They were really far ahead of me man! Haha, amongst the three of us, we came in according to birth! Haha... I was last of course, but oh well! I can't believe I actually did something like this man! My legs are a little stiff now, and tomorrow they're gonna ache like hell!

This coming week I'm gonna be having practices all the till late at night, so I might be blogging for a while. Seriously, band is getting on my last straw already. They always expect us to make band top priority! Come on, my life doesn't revolve around HeartBeat man. Don't get me wrong, I love percussion, and I really love playing, but is become a chore now more than a passion ah... Anyway, I've got 4 more days. 4 more days 4 more days 4 more days.... Then the concert, then I'm done!! I'll just have to stick it out for a little longer...

School has ended and holidays have officially started! I'm actually dreading the upcoming week. I'll be having band practice almost everyday from 1-10pm! I'm wondering how I'm gonna survive staying in that room for 9 hours. BUT! At least I won't have to wake up so early everyday! Haha...

Strangelets had a Christmas party last night and the sales were really good! I've never sold so many things at the shop before, let alone seen so many people at one time. Haha! I joined my sister and her friends for some supper at a place called Bar Bar at Bukit Timah. We sat there for quite some time and by the time I got home it was midnight. Haha...

Today we were cheated of our feelings because there was NO SCHOOL! Only a handful of us came and all we were doing was watching online movies. Haha, after that Benji and I went to take a walk aroung Tiong Bahru. We had a stroke of random-ness too! We walked into Sakae Sushi and ate from the conveyor belt like there was no tomorrow! Haha, we ate too fast so were stuffed! He also bought a Nike bag to add to his collections of bags in his closet. Haha... Oh, and I finally got my tripod!! Finally! I can take nice night shots now! I can't wait to take it out for a trial :)

This Sunday will be the marathon and I hope I don't faint along the way. Haha.. After that, I'll have to go for band too, so Sunday I'm gonna pull of a miracle! Haha...

Its been a long day with presentations and critiques. But congratulations to everyone! We managed to complete this term! Haha... Holidays are coming up so get a good rest and enjoy everyday!!

I realized after today that I seriously have to come out of this little world of mine. I practically got slapped on my face back and forth and it made me realize; what the hell is wrong with me? Come on Erin, stop hanging your head in the clouds and get back in the game! Stop being complacent, stop goofing off, stop with all these nonsensical mood swings and get your ass back to work!

Honestly, I didn't do my best during this first half of the project, but I promise all of you that I'm gonna take it up a notch and prove to everyone why I am Erin! I know I can do it! I just have to discard the less important things and FOCUS!! Yes... FOCUS!

For those who got really good appraisals from the lecturers, great job! You guys really deserve it.
Tomorrow is gonna be another day and I hope I don't fall asleep at work. Haha... Oh yes, and the tree is up already! Haha, my decorations finally came out of the store room and they're nicely placed around the house. Haha... Christmas is coming and I can't wait! Its gonna be the best Christmas ever! I'm done with my project already! I'll just have to do some edits tonight and finished!! Haha, tomorrow evening I'll be going to print it all out and Friday is submission. This weekend, we'll be able to relax a little and prepare ourselves for the presentation to come on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

I just wanna say to Benji that I'm really proud of you. You've really put in a huge effort in this project and your work has really improved. I'm not saying this because you're my boyfriend, I'm saying this because its true. Your graphics are much better and your layout is neater, seriously, I'm very proud of you!

As for the rest, it doesn't matter whether you think you're work is lousy or anything, and I'm not trying to show off... But as long as you're happy with your work and you think that you've done a good job with it, then that should be enough. It doesn't really matter what the lecturers will say during crit, or even if they put you down. They can give you advice on how to improve and the rest is up to you.

For me, I'm still pushing myself to new heights because I know I can do better with my work. I try to not be bothered by the rest because ultimately, you compete with yourself, not anyone else...

So enjoy the weekend everyone! We all deserve it!

Benji and I had a great day today! We celebrated our 5th month at N.Y.D.C. at Holland Village. It was really a delectable meal! Especially the cheescake! It had a thick chocolate topping on it! Waaaaaaaaaa... It was scrumtuous! Haha...

Tomorrow is gonna be the start of another long week because this Friday is submission! :( At least the weekend ended off well.. Haha

Hey everyone. Benji and I had one hell of a day yesterday. We had our BTT, but I'm not gonna reveal our test results yet! You'll just have to wait till Monday. Haha... The questions were quite east, except for some which were quite tricky. They'll give 3 answers, and one of them will be the most non-realistic answer you've ever seen, so you can just eliminate that. Haha... There were 50 questions altogether and I think I did it in a world record!! Well, maybe not a world record, but a record in my books anyway! Haha, Benji said I went in and came out after 12 mins! Haha, he did it in 20 mins. I don't know why I do my work so fast ah... Don't ask me! After that we made our way to Bugis to have some lunch and walk around a bit, the usual :)

I had my facial after. I fell asleep again! Haha. I can't help it man! Every time they tell me to take a rest, I just can't help but sleep! At least yesterday they didn't poke around my skin too much. It wasn't as torturous as the previous one. :P

Have you ever wondered why Marina Square is so cold?! Haha, well I do! I met my parents for dinner at an Irish bar. When I walked in, a Caucasian guy was sort of flirting with me! Haha, he say my tube and was like "You must be those really artistic kind of persons!" Haha... I just smiled and laughed. What was I supposed to do! I told him I had to meet my parents after that and I just walked away. Quite funny actually. My parents were also having a little conversation with the Filipina waitress at our table. Haha... They like to do that.

Anyway, today I'm working full shift at the shop, which I am in right now. Haha, 12-8pm. I brought my laptop along so I can do a little school work. I think I'll just die if I stood here and looked pretty for 8 hours straight! My break will be at 3-4pm(hopefully) and I have no idea where to eat! When I was walking here, some of the stalls were closed, so I'm worried that there won't be anything open! Haha, well I just have to hope for the best!

Tomorrow is gonna be our 5th month anniversary! You may think that it isn't such a big deal, but trust me, it takes a lot of effort just getting here! Right Benji? Not sure where to take him our for lunch yet, but I'll think of something! I can't wait!

A nice stranger spoke to me on my way home today. Asked whether I was all right because I was practically sniffing everthing around me. Offered me tissue and advised me to take Panadol.

You don't get to meet nice people like this very often and this out me in a really good mood. Seriously. Right after that, this lady tripped and fell on me because the bus jerked and I just smiled and said it was all right and even asked if she was all right.

Nice people like this don't come easy. Normally you'll get those really annoying ones like a bad tourist experience I had the other day.

I still remember when I was young and my mum would tell me never to talk to strangers. But sometimes, strangers are really courteous and nice. (They may be deceiving, but it sure as hell worked on me!)

Let's just put it this way.

This weekend was quite busy for me actually. I assembled a big polar bear at work! Tadaa!!! Its made of laminated plywood. The whole thing was really heavy man. The box nearly fell and smashed a drawer, but I ran and caught it. I cut my arms in like a million places! Haha... There's some new stock too that I helped assemble. There are like animal legs that are tables! Hahahah.... Quite cute actually.

The flea market at Zouk today went well too!! We sold about half of our clothes and 2/3 of our badges!! We each made about a hundred bucks each! Haha, I'd say that's a good day's work :) I'll be bringing the badges and notebooks tomorrow so those who wanna get your hands on them, they'll be at $3 for one and $4 for 10. The notebooks will be $4 each :)

This coming Friday is my BTT for driving! Haha, I haven't really gotten down to studying properly yet though. But I will! Don't worry! Hahaha...

And for some reason, my things are getting messy... Hmmm...

Finally I managed to change to a new skin. I was getting a little bored of the old one already. Anyway, as you all know, I've been quite busy these past few days, but yesterday I managed to find some time to get out and buy my new lens!!! Finally I got it! Haha, I'm so happy! Its a Canon 55-250mm zoom lens with image stabilizer! Haha, I haven't really gone out to play with it yet, but I'll get the chance! Soon soon :)

I met up with Vanessa today. Even though we saw each other for like a few minutes, it was really great seeing her. Its been so long since we hang out with each other man. I miss those good old days. I passed her the tickets to my concert too. My ticket sales aren't doing so well though, but at least I managed to sell some! Haha... I'm still waiting on a few more people.

Well, its that time of year and I haven't a clue what Christmas presents to get everyone! I managed to think of something for Benji already, and I may have a rough idea what to get for my sisters, but I haven't gotten anything yet. Normally this time last year I would've gotten something for someone already and the tree would be up, but unfortunately, this year I'm quite tied up with stuffs I haven't taken down the tree yet! Haha... Its still packed in some box somewhere in the store...

The raining season has managed to set in as well. But on some days it can be quite humid and really uncomfortable! But those mornings when I wake up and its nice and cold, I wish I could just snuggle in bed and wake up the next day.

Its only about a few more weeks till my school holidays and also the marathon!! Hahaha... Stupid marathon, I shouldn't have signed up for it man! Haha, but oh well! Interesting stuff is gonna happen in December and I hope that I can get together with my secondary school friends...

Well, another week has past and the presentation for our Integrated Group Project went relatively well. Next week we would have to start on our individual works and I was actually supposed to come up with a concept for the site, but so far I haven't thought of anything good. Hopefully eventually I can think of something. Haha...

Oh yes, its the last day of the month and Happy Halloween!! Haha.. My pay will be coming in soon and that means I'm closer to getting my 55-250mm lens!! Haha. Can you believe its already November? Time flies really fast!! I'll be having to shop for Christmas presents soon man. Damn! I have no clue what to get for my family! It'll come to me eventually. As the saying goes, when you go to a mountain, there will be a stream, and in the stream there will be fish! Haha...

Man, its been a really tiring past few days. We managed to finish up the last bit of our projects and hopefully tomorrow the presentation will go well! Tomorrow at SPOT, we'll be doing the US elections. Hurray... But maybe Chris(my lecturer) will manage to make it interesting...

And now, my hardrive is officially screwed up and I'm in desperate need of a new one. I have no idea how I'm gonna extract all my data from inside ah.. Damn... Anyway!!! I've had a great weekend! Haha, I was out with my family on Saturday and we had Marche for dinner. Yesterday I just walked around Marina with Benji while his mum went to do her hair and today I went to his friend's house for Deepavali! Haha... Tomorrow is back to work!!

Iffa, Fikri and many many more, had a photoshoot last Friday and the pictures they took looked like they were having lots of fun! Haha, I'm gonna join them the next time man! Haha... I think they'll be posting the images up on their blogs soon.

Oh, those who wanna come for my concert, please bring your money and pass it to me by this week?? I have to sell something by the end of this week! If not my instructor will wonder why I didn't sell anything!!

Sorry I haven't been blogging lately, I've been real busy with school. Its only the first week and I already have quite a number of things to do! Oh ya, I went for Mike Mangini's Drum Clinic Friday night, and it was really awesome! He played for Steve Vai until 2002 I think, then after that he went to teach music. He's starting a new band now, all girls except him! Haha... I think the band name is Chix n' Stix, if I'm not wrong. But he was really very very good. His hands move so fast! He can do a snare drum roll with one hand!! It was amazing! My instructor and I were just staring at each other in awe...

Yesterday I had dinner with my family at Red Dot at Demsey Road. The food there is really good! Especially the grilled squid and beef. The chicken.. not so much... Haha, and all of us ordered beer :) I couldn't really enjoy the food as much as I would've because of my stupid ulcer(which I refuse to put salt on)... Haha, but the food still tastes delicious!

My sisters are about to start a small business called Random Acts of Nonsense. I'll let you all in once everything is finalised :)

Oh ya, this is an announcement for everyone out there! HeartBeat Percussion Band is gonna have a concert on the 12th of December at NTUC Auditorium. First day of school went relatively well :) I really missed all my classmates and it was great seeing them all again.

We were given our final-year project today and assigned our groups. The site that was given to us wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Our brainstorming actually turned out to be quite fun and we managed to come up with a few ideas to improve the site. Tomorrow will be another busy day as we're going for a little field trip to I forgot where... Haha! Oh ya, tomorrow will also be the start of my first SPOT world history lesson at T21. *sigh* We have to walk all the way over there at 8am in the morning. Definitely too early...

Anyway, I hope that for the rest of the week I wouldn't be too tired or anything. I still have one more score to arrange for my upcoming HeartBeat concert on the 17th December... And I have to learn a new score(which is 6 pages long) by Sunday too! *sigh* Oh well, let's hope that tomorrow will be a new day with new surprises! (I hope nobody throws a pile of compost at me)

We had an Archiforum at URA today. Some architects and landscape architects came to present their projects both overseas and in Singapore. Their work is really good! The designs are really really nice, but after some time all of us were getting sleepy. Haha...

The whole thing ended about 5.30pm, and after that we went walking around looking for a place to eat. In the end, I brought them to Amara Hotel to eat Burger King. Haha, the five of us (Gary, Farhana, Iffa, Fikri and I) were making so much noise in BK!! Haha, laughing so loudly and just making a fool out of ourselves! Haha, but it was a really long time since I laughed that hard so I really enjoyed myself.

We took a walk around and the girls and I were looking at all the pretty shoes in Charles & Keith! Haha... OOHHH!! I really wanna get my ankle boots!! After trying them on just now, it just made the need for them more intense! Haha, there were also other nice shoes there, but the one I really want most is my ankle boots!! Benji said once he gets his pay he'll get it for me!! OH!! I'LL BE THE HAPPIEST GIRL EVER!! Hahaha!! Farhana and Iffa were also tempted to buy new heels! Haha... So in the end the three of us agreed to wear heels to school on Monday :P Haha!

After that we made our way home, and I took the train with Iffa. Both of us were talking like crazy on the train! I think we were making the most noise! Haha... Sorry to the other commuters! We were just talking about shoes, clothes and the first time we met in school and the first projects we did. It was fun la, reminiscing about all those things. Its been a while since I talked to Iffa also actuallly, just me and her I mean... It was fun la, just two girls bitching here and there...

Can you believe its already October?? Christman is coming already!! I have to get presents again.. Damnnit... I have no clue what to get for my family... At least I still have some time to think about it. But I really can't believe that time passed this fast! Oh today was a great day! We all went to the beach as like a class gathering before school starts again. We met up at the ticketing station at Vivo and after that we made out way to Sentosa. Intending to go to Siloso, but the whole damn place was under reservations! So, we made our way to Palawan, which was a really short walk away!! Haha, only Farhana, Nas and I walked there. The rest took the tram. It wa seriously faster walking!! Haha

The weather was perfect too! Nice and sunny! Even though it drizzled, it stopped after a while. We played with the inflatable ball in the water, the rest played volleyball and after that we played this game where the person who has the lowest poker card has to do a forfeit! It was really funny! The forfeits were really crazy man... Haha, thank God I backed out or else I would have to do those crazy things too! I'm not really gonna say anything about the forfeits, because its kind of disgusting.. Haha!!

Sonny and Ms Marilyn came along too! Man, we haven't seen them in a really long time man... I think most of us got a little sunburn today. Oh ya, Daniel Ng, please don't climb trees again! I was so shocked when you slipped and fell man!! *sigh* Trying to act all cool, right?? See what happens! Haha...

Well my second left for Tokyo already early in the morning, and I have the room to myself!! Haha, AND AND AND, she didn't take Kam along!! :) I met up with Benji after work yesterday. We were supposed to watch Eagle Eye but the timing was a little too late so we watched Mirror instead. Stupid show!! I kept getting startled! But it was an interesting storyline and the ending was freaky....

Anyway! Tomorrow my mum and I are gonna register for my driving lessons. Yay! I'm gonna start driving soon! Then I can drive to school and never have to take that always-crowded-no-seats 74! Haha..

Well next week is gonna be the last week of the holidays, which means its back to school and projects and stuff. *sigh* Time to start working hard again! Not to mention I also have that stupid SPOT thing which I would love to trade-in for GEMS... Come on man! Who wants to learn about World History!? I'd rather spend my 3 hours learning about photography rather than some guy taking over some country... Sigh...

I just finished reading Twilight! Oh my God; it was great!! I haven't read this kind of book since The Time Traveler's Wife!! Once I hit the last four chapters, I just couldn't stop reading! I couldn't even put it down! Haha... Oh please please read it before the movie comes out!

I am so gonna get the next one and start reading right away! I'm so happy to have found another good book other than Neil Gaiman. Some new things to read!

OH, I can't stop thinking about this book! I'm like totally psyched that I got to read it. I have another 3 more books to read! Haha...

I started off my day with the Universe hating me for some reason. Apparently Murphy's Law just lingered around me the whole afternoon.

Well anyway, I managed to get through it without anything really bad happening and met up with Benji. He got his pay from John Little so today he had a little treat for me :) He took me out to dinner at Holland Village, at a restaurant called Tango's. He actually worked there before and he said the food was really good! I ordered my lasagne and he had a half pizza. The food WAS really good! (like I've said before...) I couldn't finish the lasagne though, there was like a big chunk of meat slabbed between the layers of pasta so Benji helped me finish my plate. Haha.. Oh, the first thing that comes to your mind when someone mentions "Fiery Wings" is that its really spicy right? (Duh...) But I wasn't expecting my mouth to be literally on fire! After like 2 drumsticks, I couldn't feel my tongue anymore! Haha, but it was really good though, nice crunchy skin and soft insides!! Haha...

Another week is about to begin and my second is going to Tokyo to watch Radiohead. So that means I'll get the whole room to myself! Hahaha.... But there's only one bad news, Kam is going along with my sister! :'( Hopefully Kam will come back in one piece... (Gulp) Oh, and I gotta finish the gallon of milk in my fridge all by myself... Haha... I hope I'll manage to sell more things at work too! So far I've managed to earn $2 worth of commisions!! Haha, I'm so happy! :D

I would have to say that today was the best way to end the week. Even though it was a simple dinner, but still... The phrase "the simplest things in life are the only things that matter" really applies... I ended off the final hours of today by watching Sweet November. Oh God, its like the nicest (if that's even a word) show I've watched in a while! I didn'y cry!! HAHA!!! It was really good. You guys should watch it.

I made my first sale today!! I was ending my shift when a customer bought some of our items. Yay!! My first sale! I'm so happy! Haha... It was quite fun for a first day as a shop girl :) There was a photoshoot today too, so I watched the photographer do his stuff with the items. It was really cool! All the lightings and stuff... I wish I could do all that... Haha. I might be working this weekend too, my supervisor says that there might be more people because of the F1 so, yeah. At least I'll have something to do!

I finally bought Twilight by Stephenie Meyer today as well!! I've been dying to read this book since early this year! Better read the book before the movie shows! As everyone knows, the book is always better than the movie! Haha...

The party last night was really fun!! Thanks you Nicole, Vanessa, Phoebe, Daphne, Benji, Timothy and Ronn for coming!! I hope you guys had fun last night!! Haha.... My sister got a bot of Vodka and some mixers and all of us just shared the bottle... My second got me a cake and I kind fo finished the whole thing. Haha, but I cut for everyone else first! :) And I thought that I would be the one vomiting that night, but it turned out to be Daphne! Oh God, she gave me a shock man! One minute we were all taking pictures, next she was squatting on the floor!! I don't even know how she puked out everything man. She didn't drink that much and she was eating! Sigh, I dunno la! Haha...

After that we all started leaving about 11 plus. Only Nicole, Vanessa and I stayed around and we watch Mamma Mia!! It was a great movie!! The cast were all singing songs from ABBA and there were even subtitles for us to sing along! Haha... It felt really weird that I was out at 2am in the morning without my sisters, but I was really having so much fun! Nicole started walking funky because her shoes were killing her again... Haha... My sister picked up and Plaza Singapura's taxi stand while Nicole's dad fetched her and Vanessa...

It was so great seeing everyone again, even though some couldn't make it... But don't worry!! We'll see each other soon... It was so fun just talking about the past and our present, what we're all doing in school, our individual relationships and stuff. I didn't realize how much I missed my secondary school friends until I saw them man. I guess its always like that, huh?

Nicole, Daphne and I are planning to go for driving lessons together at Ubi! Haha, I hope all goes well and then I can start driving soon! Weeee!!! The next step is who's car I can borrow, my dad's or my sisters'! Haha...

I start work at Strangelets this week! Its my eldest's company's boutique at Chinatown. I'm gonna stand still and look pretty for $6.50 an hour! WOOHOO! Haha, I'm not too sure what I'm supposed to do yet, so I guess I'll find out on Tuesday! Haha... At least this way, I can have some income to save up for some new lens! Weeee!! Haha...

I hope the weather this week is nice and warm. Warm! Not HOT! Haha, at least I can go to the beach and get a tan!

Some people may think that long journeys on public transport maybe really boring but sometimes it may be the most rewarding hour in your life. On my way home from the west, I was leaning against the door, staring at the sky when I noticed the most gorgeous sunset in my life. Its as if a painter just picked up his brush and mixed up all the colours in the sky.

At that moment, I thought to myself, "Damn, I wish I had my camera with me!" But just then, my camera will never capture the full moment of that sunset. It will never capture the feelings that I felt during that time and it will never capture the true beauty of nature. So I just stared out the window and watched the sky turn darker...

Sometimes moments like this can never be taken by a mere camera, it has to be taken in by your mind and your heart. That makes that the most memorable moment in your life...

Today was great!! Spent the whole afternoon with Benji lazing around and talking about whatever. Somehow managed to get the sniffles though... After that I met up with my family at Demsey Road for dinner and Jumbo Seafood!! The chilli crab was stupendous!! Haha, what a way to describe it eh? We all ate really fast though, like in about half an hour we were done already!! We also had groupa, noodles and veggie and two plates of mantou... Haha... I love mantou!!

Anyway, I'm finally of legal age now!! Planning to watch a M18 movie sometime this week. Haha! Tomorrow unfortunately I have to do my sectionals at Tampines. The piece I have right now is really challenging. After that I'll be meeting Benji again to go shopping! Haha...

I'm really looking forward to my party this coming Saturday!! I already picked out my outfit, and I think we'll be like the most colourful table in the whole pub man!! Haha... I can't wait!!

I rode the Singapore Flyer last Saturday!! It was great! My dad's company organized everything and we were invited. It was really cool! I got a little scared when the capsule left the main building, we were so high up man!! Pictures will be up on my Flickr soon. After that, we had a buffet dinner at O'Leary's and the people there were all watching the match between Liverpool and Manchester United... The food was good except for the beef. I had lie 3 servings of the main course and 2 servings of dessert!! Haha, uber full after that :P

Today is Audrey's birthday so HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUDREY!!! Have fun today!! Oh and my birthday is tomorrow!! I'm so excited! I'm finally turning 18!!

Sorry I haven't been blogging, its been a long week and I let my sister use the Internet. Well the lantern workshop is finally over! Good job to Iffa's group as they got the $100 voucher! We all worked hard for this stupid thing! Haha, thank God its over!

This coming will be the official start of my holidays and tomorrow I'll finally be watching Wall-E! I've been dying to watch it since they published the poster! Haha, I'll be watching it with Benji! Too bad man! I know you don't like it, but you're watching it with me no matter what! Haha...

Oh ya, just to inform you 18-year-olds and above, on the 20th of this month, I'll be having a little get-together to celebrate my 18th birthday! All are welcome to come! So far the Lantern workshop is going well... We've managed to make the frame now and tomorrow we'll try to do the covering and the wiring. Hopefully we're able to finish everything by tomorrow so at least we don't have to rush everything on Thursday.

I met Benjamin after school today and we just walked around Marina. We got our spanish bread at Lucky Plaza before that though. Its nice just walking around aimlessly with the person you love and talking about absolutely everything that comes to your mind... Its been a while since we've done that too. I met one of his Filipino colleagues too. He seems like a nice guy, but a typical Filipino guy who likes to joke around... Its like in their blood to joke around with people you know? I don't know why but they love doing that! Haha...

This coming Saturday my sisters and I will be having a flea market at Timbre. I'm back from Cambodia!!!!!! Did you guys miss me? Haha, Siem Reap, Cambodia was a very interesting place to visit. The city was very dusty, but there was a lot of life in it. We did a lot and I mean A LOT of walking the past four days... I was physically and mentally exhausted from the trip man!! But it was really good and I enjoyed it a lot. I got a little homesick after a while though. It was like the first time I flew further than Malaysia on my own. I got quite a few stuff there, I got two bags for myself and a few other presents. The pricing there isn't that bad as long as you know how to bargain. Haha... There's also a lot of children on the streets doing their best to make some money. They'll swarm around you and ask you if you wanna get something from them, but the thing is you can't buy from them no matter what because of you buy from one, you'll eventually have to buy from all of them!

The weather there was SUPER hot! It was like 40 degrees out there! The second day we went to Angkor Wat, it was so hot we were all practically dragging our feet just to see the whole temple. I really admire the people living there! They can stand the heat for hours! I got rashes around my neck because of my necklace, but the thing is my necklace is silver and I still got rashes! I think its because of the dust and the perspire. So I gotta remove my necklace and clean it first. Sigh... I feel weird without my necklace...

The food there wasn't that bad as well. The tour guide took us to different restaurants and the food was already planned to cater for us. It was yummy too! Also, our tour guide was really funny and entertaining. So far the guides that we get for trips have been fun! Lucky! Haha... This time round out tour guide's name was Naki and he took us like all over, told us stories and joked with us too! He's like the best so far, in my opinion anyways... Haha...

I'll have to upload the pictures when September starts so just wait patiently okay!! I took like 900 over photos while I was there!! I was just happily snapping away every time and Kam did an excellent job!! But he got tired on the third day and his battery died!! He had to be recharged that night but now he's alive again!! Haha... I'll be uploading the pictures right after this.

This coming week I have a Lantern Making Workshop to attend to and I have a briefing on Monday. Guess I can;t have a good rest just yet... Oh, my eldest sister's boss asked me if I wanted to work at their shop in Chinatown! I think I'll be taking the job so I'll be like a permanent temporary staff! So I might not be working at John little anymore, and if I'm lucky, I'll get $8 and hour!! WOOHOO!!! Their shop it like a boutique which sells like really really expensive furniture and knick knacks and such... Cool right?? Hahaha...

Anyway, I'll have to go through my pictures because there's just too many of them! I'll have to pick the best ones out so I'll blog again soon!

All right everyone! I'm all packed for my trip to Cambodia, except for a few things left. I'm so excited!! I can't wait to bring Kam along and let him take lots and lots of pictures! I'll try to bring back stuff for everyone, well, if my luggage is big enough that is... Haha... I'll be the only year 1 there so hopefully the seniors will be nice to me!

My flight tomorrow is gonna be at 8.40am and we have to assemble at 6.15am. I'll be back on Friday at 3.40pm so obviously I won't be blogging for a while again... Haha! My limit for uploading pictures in Flickr is still at its maximum so you have to wait till next week to see Mawai and Cambodia pictures. Sorry for the wait!

I'm back from Mawai!! It was really fun over there but somehow I find Taman more fun. Maybe it was the group we hung out with or what but oh well!! I still had fun! We saw fireflies and the Milky Way! It was so cool! The guide showed us all the constellations too! It was magical...

The second day we went trekking. The mountain was much tougher than the one at Taman so once all of us were at the summit, we were all panting and tired. We had out lunch packed for us so we sat there for lunch and waited for the rest to arrive. Took us a long time to get back down and back to the bus too. That night we sang a lot of songs and just having fun and screaming and stuff. Slept quite late that night too!

The last was was REALLY fun. We had to go through the water obstacle! All of us fell down like a million times and I think I swallowed some of the water! It was gross man... Haha...

I got a little sick after that too. I'm still sick now actually, sneezing my head off. But thank God there's no fever. I'm about halfway packed for Cambodia and I really hope I'm feeling better by tomorrow or else I'm going to be in big trouble!!

I'll upload the pictures after I get back from Cambodia. Kam is quite tired so I'm letting him rest :)

Today was a usual Sunday except that I didn't go for band in the morning... Haha, I stayed at home to study for a about and hour and a half then after that I met up with Benji and Gaga to go get some zip locks for Mawai! Then Gaga and I had an afternoon snack and a really huge cup of iced Milo which I miraculously finished. I don't really know why I finished it all, but I just thought the Milo was really nice and it would be a waste if I didn't finish it! Haha... Took a walk around Bugis after that, just Benji and I... Its been a while since the two of us just walked around aimlessly and talked about anything and everything...

This coming week will be quite exciting. Tuesday and Wednesday we'll be having tests and then after that we'll be going to Mawai! I'm halfway packed already. I think I'm a little too excited huh? Well I can't help! It'll be the first time Kam will go overseas! Haha... I hope Kam doesn't get sick(splashed all over with water)...

Today is a lazy day and I'm trying to study for my ENSP test next Tuesday. So far its doing well, but I'm getting distracted already, as you can see, I'm blogging! Haha... Even though its raining outside, its so hot! I hate this kind of feeling. Rain means cool and nice and wind not hot and sticky! But oh well, at least there's water to cool the air down...

Later I'll be going out with my family. I haven't gone out with them for a while so I thought its time to get back together and do our usual Saturday grocery shopping and family dinner! I think we'll be going Suntec, but I'll have to see when my parents wake up.

The Mawai trip is coming closer and I haven't packed yet! Its still kind of early and oh yes! I hope I don't forget to get zip-locks! I'll be stuffing everything into my sister's backpack again. I can't seem to find a bag that's big enough to fit all the crap I'm bringing... I seriously can't wait for the trip! Just the bunch of us with our crazy lecturers going overseas; madness is expected!

We live in a fast world

Our individual Primer is over and so are all our other presentations!! Finally we all completed one semester. It flew by pretty fast eh? Just yesterday we were coming in to SP, making new friends and stuff, and POOF! We finished our Primer... That's really fast man!! But we still have our ENSP and PLT tests coming up next week.

Tomorrow Benji and I are going job hunting so at least I won't be super bored at home during the weekends... I hope I can manage to get a nice job! Haha...

Our Mawai trip is coming soon too! Only a few more days to go! Its going to be like Taman all over again, except with more people!! WOOHOO!!! Then after Mawai, I'll be flying off to Cambodia! Oh this is going to be one exciting end-of-the-month!! I'll try to get everyone a little something from Cambodia if I have extra money :P

After the tests, we can all enjoy ourselves and go crazy during Mawai!!

The past two days were really fun!! Yesterday Benji and I walked all over the city, from town to City Hall and from there, we tried to find a nice spot for me to take photos of the fireworks with KAM! (Kam is my camera's name by the way...) The fireworks were awesome and luckily I took many many photos! Marina Square was really crowded though, but it was expected. Even though it drizzled a little, the parade carried on. Thank God it wasn't canceled or else I couldn't have taken my pictures!! After that it was crazy going home! Had to walk all the way to Dhoby Ghaut to avoid the crowds...

Today my sisters and I were supposed to go to Sentosa but it rained like the whole afternoon!!! I miss baking in the sun... So in the end we walked around Vivo, taking many many crazy pictures of ourselves, acting like tourists... Haha! After that we went over to Arab Street and had an afternoon snack. Also, that was when I had my first shisha! Haha! I suck at it man... Took me a while to get used to it. I didn't really like it though... But oh well, at least I tried it right?

The party at Sentosa last night was quite fun. It was Benjamin's friend's birthday and I was invited so I tagged along. I met some of Benjamin's friends and I must say they're a bunch of fun people. I don't think I'll get bored of them. They're like Khalis! Haha... I didn't stay too long though and I left close to 10pm. I enjoyed myself though, laughing at their funny jokes and actions :) The fun started at around 2am, apparently, and ended aroun 5am. Benji only reached home at around 10am! Must've been some hell of a party! Haha...

Today I'm gonna have a performance at Tampines. I think the CC is having a National Day celebration and HeartBeat performs annually or something like that. The worse part is, I'm having serious cramps and I have no idea how I'm gonna perform! Tomorrow morning I have band in the morning, so I don't think I can have a good rest this weekend... Maybe I'll take an afternoon nap tomorrow. Haha...

Individual Primer is almost ending and I'm just about done with my boards! For those who haven't finished their orthographic drawings, there's still time and I know you guys can finish everything! Haha... I'll have to print out everything by Wednesday and I hope I can manage to think of some crap for our ENSP proposal. I'm not sure what to write for it though, but I'll figure that out later...

I can't wait till the end of this month! We'll be going Mawai and its gonna be so much fun! I can tell! After that, three days of rest and I'm off to Cambodia!! I'm the only year 1 going though, but I guess that okay... At least I got to go! Haha... Its so exciting! I'll bring back some stuff if I have some extra cash :P Haha...

We went to the Singapore Garden Festival today! I hung around in school for a while until about 3pm then Benji and I made our way to City Hall to meet my mum. He didn't join us though, but I met up with Gaga and Afiqah and the two of them came along to see the exhibitions. The exhibitions were good! People took a lot of time growing and setting up all those plants man. They were really impressive though... Thank God we managed to go today and it wasn't that crowded too!

All of us managed to enjoy ourselves today and it was worth it man. After that my mum and I had dinner at Food Republic. The food there is expensive man!! One plate of Hokkien Mee costs $4.80 and a plate of Chicken Rice was $4.50! Extortion of money!

I started on one of my perspectives today already and so far, I think its all right... But I have to draw instead of sketch. Apparently there's a huge difference between those two terms if you didn't realize. I'm uber tired now though... I've been working almost non-stop for this week, I need a break! The sad thing is I can't wake up after 10am anymore... The latest that I can wake up is like 9.46am...

Anyways, this coming Saturday I'll be having a performance for with HeartBeat to celebrate National Day. I'm not too sure what we'll be doing, but I'm used to doing last minute stuff. Oh, also my juniors and I want to start our own CCA in SP! We want to start like a STOMP thing and hopefully all goes well. I'll be the future president but we have to get like events to perform at but the thing is I have no idea where to find events... Wish us luck though! I have a feeling it'll all turn out fine and it will be a success!!

I hope I can manage to get some rest soon... I've been really tired these past few days...
