tadaa!! i know what you're thinking... "What in the world are those white things???" yes yes, well, its supposed to be ice/snow... the element she uses is Water and so she can do whatever she wants with it, so yeah... i added a little 'snow' in the background... sorry if its kinda vague, i haven't completely mastered Photoshop yet... heehee
